We have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, energetic, and client service-oriented individual to join our talented team and help us build and maintain client relationships across our portfolio of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).

The successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service as well as assist the Property Advisors who are the first point of contact with the majority of our clients.

R15,000-R25,000. Equity participation in Leadhome.
As soon as possible


  • Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills
  • Can work collaboratively and effectively within a team.
  • Ability to assertively deal with customer complaints
  • Considerable experience handling complex complaints and enquiries
  • Proven experience of successful crisis management
  • Equipped with empathy, patience and common sense
  • Committed to finding the right words to change a negative feeling into a positive experience.
  • Natural desire to take responsibility for their role
  • A desire to work in a fast-paced, high growth, and rewarding environment
  • Passionate about social and digital
  • Flexible and willing to work beyond 8am-5pm as well as weekends
  • Experience in a demanding, deliverable-driven environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets
  • Exceptional knowledge of online marketing, search engines, websites, social media and marketing
  • Knowledge of additional South African languages will be a major advantage
  • Good knowledge of social media management platforms like Sprout Social
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in digital marketing
