Gauteng – Johannesburg

Midrand – is located between Centurion and Sandton and is fast becoming a thriving business hub.

Randburg – its leafy neighbourhoods offer free-standing houses, flats and charming cluster homes.

Bryanston – is an upmarket residential suburb situated between Sandton and Randburg within the busy highway, concrete N1 Western bypass on the Northern boundary. 

North Riding – is an up and coming residential suburb of Randburg.

Douglasdale – is a modern, middle-upper class residential suburb of Johannesburg, South Africa, located between the suburbs of Fourways and Bryanston.

Lonehill – is known for its countrified, calm and relaxed atmosphere and makes the perfect dwelling place for anyone looking for some serenity.

Craighall Park – its atmosphere is mesmerisingly fresh, green and leafy and has some of the most beautiful home gardens in Joburg.

East Rand

Brakpan – is located around 40 kilometres from Johannesburg city centre.

Springs – lies just 50km east of Johannesburg and earned its title is from the vast number of springs located in the locale.

Germiston – is a very well-established locale and is also the sixth-largest city in South Africa.

Edenvale – is a semi-busy town located nearly halfway between the O.R. Tambo International Airport and the Johannesburg city centre.

Kempton Park – often thought of as an “airport city” due to its proximity to OR Tambo International Airport, is popularly approved by travellers for its convenience and plentiful accommodation.

Benoni – its close proximity to the OR Tambo International Airport makes the town very unique and attractive.

Boksburg – is seen as an ideal place for businesses and families to settle in and the area enjoys a tasteful combination of new property developments and old vintage houses.

West Rand 

Roodepoort – offers many enchanting suburban areas in the midst of slopes, with wonderful perspectives of the city, and the Magaliesburg toward the west.

Florida – is a small suburb located 16 kilometres away from Central Johannesburg making it the perfect place to adore the peace of residential dwelling with easy access to a host of amenities offered by the large metropolis. 

Gauteng – Pretoria

Pretoria is a charming city with many elegant ancient architectures, notable historical sites for South Africans of all races, thriving colourful suburbs, and wide streets bursting into a magnificent purple haze around October and November.  

Centurion – is a popular suburban area that lies between Pretoria and Johannesburg and its location makes it the perfect residential district for business-oriented people and families.

Akasia – here residents get to experience the best of both worlds when it comes to city and country lifestyle and is renowned for its affordable property boasting some of the best places to stay. 

KwaZulu-Natal

KwaZulu-Natal, a coastal South African province, is known as “the garden province” and for its beaches and mountains.

Durban – a coastal city, is the largest city in KwaZulu-Natal and is the busiest port in the country.

Durban North – this  beautiful suburban mecca and entertainment hub lies north of Durban.

Amanzimtoti – presents a variety of scenic beauty and sophistication and the ambience of a peaceful seaside resort with easy access to the Durban metropolitan area.

FreeState

The Free State is the  rural province of South Africa mostly with farmland, mountains, goldfields and widely dispersed towns.

Bloemfontein – the capital city of the Free State province, is the place to live for those who love to feel that they are living a country lifestyle, but are still in a big city.

Eastern Cape 

The Eastern Cape is the second largest province in South Africa and is most famous as the home of former South African president and Nobel Prize winner, Nelson Mandela. 

Port Elizabeth – is known for several blue-flag beaches along the city’s urban coastline; its popularity as an international and domestic holiday destination; and its rich and diverse cultural heritage. 

Western Cape 

The Western Cape is the southernmost region of the African continent with coasts bordering the Indian and Atlantic oceans. It is recognised as one of the most beautiful places on earth and is a highly popular tourist destination. 

Cape Town – is known as the Mother City and for its harbour, for its natural setting within the Cape Floristic Region, and for landmarks like Table Mountain and Cape Point. Its properties can vary from large mansions to modern sized and small studio apartments within the city centre.

Western Seaboard –  is made up of a number of coastal and inland suburbs and is the perfect area for those looking to remain close to the main highway into the City Centre but who also wish to enjoy the calm coastal lifestyle away from the hustle and bustle of the inner city.  

Atlantic Seaboard – is renowned for its majestic mountain and stunning scenery accompanied by sunsets over the ocean and attracts both local and foreign buyers. The location has seen a significant amount of property growth over the last years due to ever-growing demands.

Bellville – is a well established residential, commercial and industrial area located 25 kilometres outside of the centre of Cape Town.
