- This competition is open to anyone who is 18 years or older, except for employees of Leadhome, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the company or the judging of this competition.
- There is no entry fee for this competition.
- This competition only applies to entrants who sign a sole mandate with Leadhome (Fixed Fee price package only excluding VAT) for a minimum mandate period of 30 days, signed between 29 October and 4 December 2020.
- Once you sign a sole mandate, you will be automatically included in our draw, which will take place on 7 December 2020.
- The winner of this competition will be chosen via a random draw. The judges’ decision regarding the winner shall be final and no correspondence in this regard will be entered into.
- The winner will be contacted by Leadhome Properties via telephone and email.
- Payment terms: The winner will be reimbursed with the full amount of Leadhome’s Fixed Fee (excluding VAT) on their mandated property that has been sold through Leadhome upon registration of the transfer in the Deeds Office.
- This competition will be marketed via email, sms, social media and on our website.
- The winner agrees to allow Leadhome to use their name and image in any publicity material on Leadhome’s social media pages.
